William J EVANS

William was born in Badminton c.1857. He was apprenticed to a saddler in Oldbury on the Hill, GLS. By 1901 he was married to Amelia, with a daughter Anne, both of whom were born in India.  As William was retired Sergeant in the RA he probably met and married Amelia whilst serving in India.
