Crime: Stealing part of a dead fence from a rick barton in Tetbury, the property of Robert Tanner, farmer. Other details: W M Paul, JP at Highgrove, Tetbury. Fined £2 and 2/- costs each, or hard labour for two calendar months in Horsley House of Correction. Crime committed 30 January 1834.
