Adverts from The Times [top] and London Gazette from August 1858 relating to the sale of one cottage inhabited by Maria Ricketts [listed in the Poor Rates as being in joint tenure with William Bowman (als Cleaver). The Harding v Harding case would appear to be John Harding d.1830s leaving a widow Jane, who then died. I haven't found anything else out about this case yet, but I don't think these particular Hardings had too much to do with Tetbury.
